Camp Gesher holds a really special place in my heart. It has not only been a super fun camp to attend as a camper but also such a cool place to work as a counselor. At Gesher, I made many lifelong friendships and memories that I cherish.
Growing up Russian Jewish in the United States, I never imagined finding a community I could relate to as much as I did at Camp Gesher. Through camp I also developed many life skills while growing as a person and making many lifelong friendships and memories. I will forever value the camp Gesher experience and as a counselor, I hope to share this experience with the campers.
Camp Gesher has been a massive step in my staircase to growing up. Some of my fondest childhood memories came from making camp friends and doing camp activities. From Gaga, to bunk stories, to unforgettable laughs shared amongst all, Camp Gesher will always be with me and I am honored to have the chance to work as a counselor now
