Counselors in Training
11th–12th grade
The CIT program provides campers with guidance and tools required to be a strong counselor and an even greater future leader. CITs training is similar to the GesheЯ staff, which include training in leadership skills, camper management and behavior, child development, health and safety, experiential Jewish and Israel education, and about the RSJ community. The CITs also plan and help lead a camp wide evening activity for younger kids and assist in different areas during camp.
